As discussed, we will try something different to close this year 2020 that is hard to desribe.
So the idea is that we can all put something together in a shared folder (dropbox?) until:
-18th of december
and then soley work with what we have from there.
I give the basic framework:
3 beat ideas can be developed - so three folders
A 88 BPM - 8 Bars
B 95 BPM - 8 Bars
C 145 BPM - 16 Bars
If you put something up, always use 8 or 16 bars, and let it be clear by naming the stems, what you did.
Example
R12 - A - Drums -> put it in folder A
R12 - C - Trappy Hats -> put it in folder C
and so on....does that makes sense?
Now for the dropbox situation, I am not too much an expert (well, let's be honest, dumb). But the way I see it, I don't want to put it here open for everyone, cause everyone in the internet can read in this forum (which I generally like), but possibly any individual could put some criminal shit in there, or a virus, and then I am responsible, and I reaaaallly really reeeaaaallllly don't wanna spend christmas in prison this year (or any year).
Any ideas how to solve that? dropbox with mail invitations? so if you wanna join, write me a short text and I'll send a dropbox link?
