and of course the ultimate combination of both..
many dope tracks.. had to listen a buncha times to make a decision.

lots of quality this week.. I'm grading in in favour of grittiness over polish in deference to the rules
shoutouts:
Mox- nice straightahead instrumental flip- well done
Kong - A dope beat..woulda rated higher if it was a bit grimier
Big Fam- Nice chop work and a great funky groove
Per.du - nice futuristic feel- really nice arrangement

3 Supafly Arturo- very cool, trippy track- def gritty and grimey fo sho
2 Super Sen - great cassette/oldsampler type vibe/sounds , good accapella usage.. sounds full and complete
1 Joa -ya hit the sweet spot of originality mixed with old school grime
