Thank you for voting me this week, im still very hyped about it
I want to introduce you pretty much my favorite band from my country and it is called "Inti Illimani"(Sun of the Golden Eagle) There is a set of tracks that i had removed the voice and left only instrumentals, there's quite a few but they are actually from the same album called "Lugares Comunes/Common Places"

You can use outside everything, just not musical samples (acapellas, scratches, recordings, virtual instruments are ok) and the only rule for this week is to have fun, and i mean it!

Thanks again and i hope you dig the samples, there's a little gift there that i hope the lofi users enjoy.

@MOX I have extracted the samples no problem. I used Unarchiver on mac..

PS for everybody, you can just drag a ton of files in to wetransfer as well, they'll zip it for you. But I can imagine saving yourself the wait, if you can make it a few percent smaller with zip or rar go for it.

Just wanted to say thanks for introducing me to something new. They have quite a few albums would you mind suggesting some of your favourites? Also, if you have any other music suggests from your region I'd be interested to check them out.

By far "Lugares Comunes"is the best album from Inti; i can also suggest if you like this kind of music: Los Jaivas

Got the samples to unpack in the end. Nice one.
Cooked up a little beat this afternoon.
I used the Manana Quizas sample, Chopped it up, found some nice parts to play with.
Pitched it down, 102. Bpm
Just outside drums added.



Run it through the SP afterwards.




Still got 10 days left to play around with the Monthly Beat Battle peps....

Tried to do something different this week. Idk lost track of everything, while i was making the beat.
Used Manana Quizas, pitched down/ Percs from Tu No Iras/ Random Phone recordings of outside, and claps then rubbing hands
Added 1 kick, 1 Snare, 1 Hihat, 1 snap, 1 clap, 1 Shaker, used 2 dfifferent synths(Presets) and a choir for those small musical bits, Bigl - put it on for intro
sum automation added

After my creativity got tangled in cables and confused by knobs for the last year... here is what i maybe like to do most... just fingerdrumming and some simple chops... on koala.
