Chopped the first Sample, pitched it down, and created a basis. Rechopped and filtered two other parts and layered it over the first part, and ran it through guitar Rig. Bassline from a Moog Voyager
The Second sample I used 10 chops, pitched down 3 semitones, and layered a heavily reverbed, chorused and phased copy underneath and mixed in under the dry signal. Also Moog Bass
Outside drums, and finally some background vocals from my man, crazy street preacher from GTA IV.
