My Dad was in a band called Security Park in his 20s, and a couple years ago I convinced him to upload his music to SoundCloud. I think it should have a lot of sample potential for such a creative group it's a good mix of Funk/Rock/Jazz/Jazz Fusion

Here's a non entry (i've used non of the provided samples) but i remixed/mashed a track from the provided soundcloud.
Its some kind of experiment as im learning new tools and i tried them ALL lol (RX7 & Serum for sample manipulation and voice isolation)



thanks for listening last week entry and im very sorry for not giving so much feedback but i was truly depressed and not very insightful.

Cool to have a set of samples from your Dad, that was good stuff. Pulled some straight loops out of the sample songs, and also made some sampler instruments.

I ended up only working with the downloadable samples...

I quickly cooked up something this afternoon.
sampled a bit of the Guitar parts and xylophone ? played out some drums and a single Bass note.
