Yo Folks,

Since we have been exposed to an unbelievable flood of news in the wake of the Corona crisis for over a year now, I thought everyone could create their own news program in audio format. So grab at least 1 sample and also sample the intro / outro of your favorite or most hated news program and voice samples and create your own show. You can be political or not, do what you like - if someone doesn't like the topic, just make a beat!

Time limit: min. 2 minutes
No other samples except the news broadcast sample (drums, bass, FX, VSTs, are allowed)

Try to leave as much feedback as you can and you will receive it back.

The idea is to combine the songs from the folder with, for example, the intro / outro (jingle) of the TV news program that you watch / like or dislike the most (or simply the TV news of your country / region) and You are also welcome to use spoken material from different news programs (which you can find on youtube, for example) and create your "own" program - and if you don’t feel like it, just make a beat with the samples;)

Hey All, I tried many different things this week and decided to go with the one I felt most personally invested in. I have to say this week's samples this week were some of the best I have heard here. I am really looking forward to hearing what you guys do with them this week. Every week I enjoy hearing so many different and creative takes on the samples and rules. Being part of this forum is a big source of joy for me. So thank you all.

Yo what's good peps?
cooked up my beat last night, and tried to mix it in the morning.
For the News broadcast I used this.... BBC News through the Ages.

I Chopped up the News intro for 1985 and also used the 1954 part.



Tempo at 112. I used the Lost in space sample, Outside drums and some sort of simple Bass/synth?
