This was a lot of fun. Thanks to Ericboderek for spreading the word about this. Thank you SSTB for having a forum like this to keep on creating regardless of money or fame.

Hey! Cheers, guys. I dig the samples this week, but the rules were too complicated for me, haha.

Used 5 of the recorded sounds in the samples. Added drums and the Edan acapella.

Yo!

What's good people?

Cooked up my entry this afternoon.
Real cool messing around with the field samples and making percussion and rhythms from them. 8-)
Just some outside drums everything else from the sample selection.

Sounds like the bass/low pass has that Madlib "wobble effect". DM me how thats accomplished unless its secret haha. Need to know
Sure thing I´m happy to help. I used Soundtoys' FilterFreak with Abletons Auto Filter on top.
FilterFreak makes it wobble with the moving filter and gives you great control over it. I experimented with the Auto Filter to cut out some harsh highs.
However I still struggle to mix such a low-end sample well with my subbass.

Hey Lads :)

I have used both samples and field recordings as my drums in the beat
No outside samples were used.

Some nice samples to build a rythm! I just moved inside my new apartment and got my kitchen running. That's what I cooked up for this weeks battle:

Yo

I used both samples and the Train Ride as intro; train door closing & ring as percussion. I also recorded some hits on a cup for the second part.
Nice sample selection for this week! Thank you,

Peace

I used the sounds as my percussion, a bag of chains and the sample.
